How it Works
The initial interview helps us to determine if you have a case that our investors will be interested in. The better your case, the larger advance you may be approved for. Your case is reviewed quickly by our investors and their team of attorneys. We don't care how much money you have , your credit history or employment situation.We only care about how good your case is, and whether our attorney's and investors feel there is enough value in your case to cover attorney fees, and the advance, plus fees. We must talk with your attorney to decided your case and your chances of winning. Once your case is approved for funding, a proposed agreement is sent to you and your attorney. If you agree to the contract and sign it, your attorney will put a lien against the proceeds of your case. You are under no obligation or pressure to sign the contract. You may accept less than what you have been approved for. (Client/Attorney). Once the contract is signed, your cash will be mailed to you overnight, or wire transferred into your bank account. (24-48 hours)
When the case settles, attorney fees and the advance plus fees are taken out. Your attorney pays the advance. Plus fees from their trust fund, and you get the rest. If you lose the case, keep the advance.
